Position:Employment/Wage and Hour Litigation Attorney(At least 1 year of CA Employment Law experience required)

Location:Ventura County, CA -Remote flexibility offered, with intermittent in-office appearances

Billing / hours:1900

Compensation:$115,000 to $250,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation of employment-related lawsuits, including wage and hour disputes and agency charges.
• Act as representatives for employers in various legal proceedings, encompassing a wide array of employment issues such as class actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and contract disputes.
• Provide guidance and counsel on employment and labor law matters, with a focus on California regulations.

Requirements:

• Possession of a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of experience in employment law.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Strong comprehension of state and federal agency procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
