JOB TITLE: MID- TO SENIOR-LEVEL LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYLocations: Los Angeles, CA / San Francisco, CAWe are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Mid- to Senior-level Associate Attorney to join our client's esteemed Labor & Employment practice. This position is available in either our Los Angeles or San Francisco office.Desired Candidate Profile:Graduate from a prestigious law school with a stellar academic record (JD).Must be admitted to the California Bar.Minimum of 5 years of experience handling employment law matters on behalf of employers, including providing advice and counsel and engaging in litigation, with at least 2 years of experience focusing on specific issues in California.Extensive knowledge of laws pertaining to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge cases is essential.Demonstrated expertise in handling cases involving wage and hour disputes and class action litigation.Outstanding written, drafting, and communication skills.Inclination towards teamwork, collaboration, and ambition.Key Responsibilities:Offer legal representation and guidance to clients for various employment law matters, encompassing both litigation and advisory roles.Provide strategic recommendations and legal assistance to employers regarding claims related to discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and other employment-related issues.Manage complex wage and hour disputes and handle class action lawsuits.Work closely with clients and other team members to develop effective legal strategies, propelling our firm's expanding national practice.Why Choose Us?By joining us, you will receive a highly competitive compensation package ranging from $285,000 to $420,000, depending on your experience, and the opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
