An elite litigation boutique seeks an associate attorney with 5+ years experience in Labor & Employment law. The role will involve both litigation and advice and counsel to clients. Cases will involve a range of employment disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, PAGA/wage and hour class actions, primarily on the defense side. The firm handles a few plaintiff-side matters as well.
Salary range: $200,000 -- $300,000
Requirements:
-Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-Approved law school
-Licensed to practice law in California
-At least 5 years of experience practicing law at a law firm
-At least 5 years of experience practicing Labor & Employment litigation
