Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search has an opportunity available for an associate to work with the employment and labor practice group in our client's Washington, DC office. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to support the team in their fast-paced advice and counsel practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and counsel in the area of employment law.
  • Assist with statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Support executive employment and separation agreements.
  • Contribute to the employment dimensions of M&A transactions.
  • Participate in litigation as necessary.

    • Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of experience in employment counseling.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication skills.

    • The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000-$365,000.
