The OpportunityOur national Innovative Staffing Team (IST) is an elite, highly trained “swat team” of Labor and Employment lawyers who want our most flexible role: a fully-remote, hourly position that comes with the excitement of working with the best employment team in the country. We now have over 35 IST lawyers around the country, and we are attracting former partners and associates from firms as well as in-house who want the advantages and experience of working on exciting matters but not the demands of a full time, partner track position. Each of our IST lawyers are tied directly to one of our national offices, but can be physically located in many states throughout the country. Importantly, you'll be a member of our consistently top-ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group.

CompensationThe hourly pay range for the Staff Attorney role is $85/hour - $95/hour. The hourly pay range for the Counsel role is $100 - $130. These are the lowest to highest hourly wages we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for bonus pay and periodic increases.
