Responsibilities will include:
- Document control: The Labor Relations Coordinator will play a part in making sure the correct new hire paperwork is being used across all divisions
- Discipline Tracking: Help manage the database to track for consistency
- Updating files
- Badge making
- Statuses
- Administrative support
