The Department of State Hospitals - Napa anticipates a vacancy for Labor Relations Analyst (LRA), will also consider Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA). This position functions as the hospital's Labor Relations Coordinator and will be designated Confidential. The Hospital employs members of 14 of the State's 21 bargaining units, with most of the hospital's 2,500 employees working in a seven-day-a-week, 24-hour setting.
