Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
- Responsible for the scheduling and payroll processing for the Table Games department
- Assists in training users on operational functions of scheduling and time and attendance system
- Collects data through research and observation to be used in labor analyses, operational productivity and special projects
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:- Works with Payroll to research and correct discrepancies
- Maintains departmental employee files
- Greets internal and external guests with a smile and friendly welcome and promotes superior guest service
Minimum Education and Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of scheduling and submission of payroll experience with time and attendance software
- Requires experience with Federal (Circular E) or Mohegan Sun payroll procedures
Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Training Requirements:- Knowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Mohegan Sun payroll system
Physical Demands and Work Environment:- Office work environment
- Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, low lighting and loud music and noises, when out on the gaming floor
- Must sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
