Laboratory Assistant

Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the scientific team, perform a variety of routine inventory, cleaning, and general organization for the lab.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Previous laboratory and computer experience preferred but not required.

Training: Training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner such that once trained, the candidate will have the capacity to manage their responsibilities independently while being in constant communication with their manager and broader scientific team, in this fast paced lab environment.

Strong attention to detail and following Standard Operating Procedures

Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods while in the lab while wearing personal protective equipment (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses, etc.)
