Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Promotes use of Privia Laboratory services and oversees onboarding of new clients
- Functions as liaison between clinics and laboratory, providing excellent service to provider's office, patients, and staff
- Investigates and resolves client issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Performs in-services with clinics to demonstrate the use of Laboratory Information Systems, test orders, requisitions, and specimen labels
- Provides guidance to the clinical staff regarding laboratory testing
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist Client Service Manager, Lab Director and/or billing staff with billing and collection issues
- Attend clinic(s) staff meetings to address laboratory issues
- Deliver supplies when needed at offices and clinics
- Other duties as assigned by the Client Service Manager and Laboratory Director.
Performance Requirements and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in the Healthcare field (preferred)
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment
- Well-organized and high-level attention to detail
- Travel within the metroplex required
