Apply today!Job Description The Knolls Laboratory Quality Business Support role serves in multiple capacities dealing with deficiency management, surveillance programs, executive initiatives, and knowledge management. Management Meeting Items are improvement projects initiated by executives and the role manages the process and meetings. The position owns the site instruction on surveillance programs that seek to self-identify potential compliance issues. Lastly, the position manages a knowledge management web page that applies knowledge management and configuration control to local instructions.
