**Description**
1. Supervises all testing performed including workflow, personnel scheduling, training, testing priorities, quality assurance activities, productivity monitoring and communicating results.
2. Coordinates inspections. i.e. CAP inspection.
3. Supervises personnel and conduct HR activities.
4. Performs laboratory procedures with accuracy and precision in assigned laboratory areas with minimum supervision.
5. Performs laboratory activities, calculate, transcribe and record test results referring appropriate results.
6. Correlates results with diagnosis in order to determine validity of results recognizing normal vs abnormal results, communicating and documenting critical values to the appropriate individual.
7. Manages specimens throughout the entire analytical and reporting process.
8. Assumes responsibility for workflow, inventory management and assistance of laboratory personnel.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
