Laboratory Technician needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Marlborough, MA. The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Chemistry Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Zero (0) to three (3) years' experience in chemistry lab
- Ability to go onsite daily, M-F 8:30am – 5pm
- Pay Range: $18 - $21/hr
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare formulation samples by weighing and mixing solid and liquid chemicals
- Perform filtration and circulation process for formulation samples
- Perform purification of chemicals, such as precipitation and ion-exchange
- Conduct fundamental physical and analytical characterization
- Conduct photolithography experiments in the fabrication laboratory
- Submit and manage photolithography and metrology job request
- Record, organize and communicate experimental data
- Perform basic data analysis
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Chemistry Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Zero (0) to three (3) years' experience in chemistry lab
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fabrication laboratory is a plus
