We are seeking a full-time 1st shift Laborer to join our tie treating plant in Bangor, WI. The starting pay for the position will be $21.00/hour.
POSITION OVERVIEW: Assists with manufacturing activities by performing the following duties:
Shift Details: 5:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday
Sign-On Bonus $2,500.00
Principal Responsibilities:
* Applies endplates by hand or machine
* Operates banding equipment
* Assist in loading and unloading of materials.
* Assist in loading and unloading charges
* Assist in storage by setting stickers and dunnage
* Tag materials with proper product tags.
* Cut dunnage.
* Assist in cleaning work areas, painting and maintaining property, plant and equipment.
* Participates and contributes to company safety program.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
* Experience: Experience with preventive maintenance and hand tools preferred.
* License/Certification:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Good eye/hand coordination.
* Good paperwork skills.
* Keeps an organized work area.
* Able to diagnose and trouble shoot potential issues.
