Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is $21.65.
Johns Manville, A Berkshire Hathaway Company, has a rare full-time opening at our Lewiston, Maine location within our Production Facility. The chosen candidate will enjoy a four-day first shift work week (Monday-Thursday) with no nights or weekends required! Overtime hours are often available on Fridays as well. Applicants must have exceptional attention to detail, proficiency utilizing hand tools and powered equipment as well as a cooperative team-spirited attitude! The primary responsibilities of this position reside within our Fittings Department where we hand-fabricate Expansion Joint Corners using sheet metal foam and rubber for Commercial Roofing Systems. Flexibility to assist in other Departments as needed and participate in our weekly Production Line run is also required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret and follow detailed drawings, templates or plans in an efficient manner.
