We are seeking a full-time 2nd shift Laborer to join our tie treating plant in Bangor, WI. The starting pay will $21.00/hour. POSITION OVERVIEW: Assists with manufacturing activities by performing the following duties: Shift Details: 2:00pm - 1:00am Monday - Thursday Sign-On Bonus$2,500.00Principal Responsibilities:
- Applies endplates by hand or machine
- Operates banding equipment
- Assist in loading and unloading of materials.
- Assist in loading and unloading charges
- Assist in storage by setting stickers and dunnage
- Tag materials with proper product tags.
- Cut dunnage.
- Assist in cleaning work areas, painting and maintaining property, plant and equipment.
- Participates and contributes to company safety program.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience: Experience with preventive maintenance and hand tools preferred.
- License/Certification:

- Able to diagnose and trouble shoot potential issues.
