REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position involves performing the day today operations of a feed mill.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bags feed/seed for warehouse and delivery

Operates bagger, forklift, and pallet jacks

Unloads trucks bringing in raw ingredients

Performs basic troubleshooting and maintenance on the mill/cleaning system.

Assists customers

Ensures the facilities are kept clean.

Helps to maintain a safe and clean work environment for all.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Takes responsibility for maintaining personal safety training and checklist completion on Snapshot.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent customer service skills.

Forklift experience is greatly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Acute attention to detail.
