May assist other craft workers in their trades and may perform other duties as necessary or required.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Duties may include but are not limited to performing physical labor to assist with jobsite clean-up, rough carpentry, site logistics, fencing, deck and platform building, protection systems, and construction waste areasPerform selected demolitionFollow written safety instructions from tool and equipment manufacturersReviews jobsite needs with the superintendents and foremanParticipate in the activities of subcontractors and suppliersReview project perimeter for security and cleanliness dailyPerform fire watch duties as neededConstruct scaffolding as neededManage dumpster vendor schedule and maintain dumpster areas for cleanliness and organizationAct as a spotter for heavy equipment operatorsAssist with overall site safety and quality programs as required (including daily participation in Pre-Task Plans) and ensure Trade employees/subcontractors compliance with Turner standards and all applicable safety codes, regulations, and jobsite securityInspect all tools and power tools before use to ensure they are in safe and working conditionMaintain positive working relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employeesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionDisplay a high level of teamwork, integrity, commitment, and leadership in daily operationsOther activities, duties, and responsibilities as assignedPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
