**Responsibilities:**
+ Clearing and prepping vegetation around construction site.
+ Control traffic around work zones.
+ General construction labor duties include using hand and power tools and moving materials to and from work areas.
+ Signaling equipment operators to align and adjust machinery.
+ Loading, and unloading materials, machinery, and tools and distributing them to appropriate locations and personnel.
+ Understand and follow company operational processes, health and safety policies, and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum one (1) years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry.
+ Must pass company background and drug testing procedures.
+ Ability to perform heavy manual labor even in adverse weather conditions.
+ Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, climb, bend, crouch for long periods.
