Position Title: Laborer-Heavy Civil Construction FSLA: Non-Exempt Location: Walla Walla, WaPosition Summary: ARS is recruiting for the position of Construction Laborer. ARS currently has an array of projects in Walla Walla, WA and the Northwest. Some projects in the Northwest may require travel. Applicants should be prepared to work outside in the elements. Work scopes may include trenchwork, pipe laying, grading, survey staking, minor forming for concrete, and some mechanical assembly of pipe and construction materials. Opportunities for advancement are available to learn equipment operation such as skidsteers, loaders, excavators, and haul trucks. Additional advancement opportunities could include GPS training for grade control, programming, and understanding of modeling for programming into the equipment the right individual
- Physical requirements include ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet project needs and schedule.
- Follow instructions given from Superintendent and Foreman.
Qualifications:
- Possess a High School diploma or equivalent GED.
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- Have transportation to and from work daily.
