As a Laborer, you will be responsible for helping other team members with fabrication and welding, operating machinery, deliveries, and maintenance & shop chores. Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To:
- Clean and maintain a safe work environment
- Abide by standard work procedures and job safety standards
- Meet quality expectations for all output produced
- Perform a variety of manual tasks in varying temperatures for extended periods of time, which may include lifting light to heavy materials, climbing, standing, squatting, and bending
- Willing to learn how to use grinders, cranes, forklifts, plasma cutters, and other tools
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Additional duties and/or projects may be assigned
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience working an industrial, construction, or general labor job
- Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing
- Forklift & Crane experience a plus
Requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, squat, kneel and or stand for extended periods of time Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions Able to follow all safety procedures
