Description Solid Surface Manufacturing Tower Industries is a national leading manufacturer of Meridian® Solid Surface showers, bath accessories, and more. We are seeking a motivated, energetic person to join our manufacturing team! - Sands solid surface fabricated pieces, panels and small shapes using both sanding machines and hand sanders
- Measures and inspects finished fabricated pieces or panels for conformance to quality requirements
- Prepares fabricated pieces for shipment to customer, including labeling in accordance with customer requirements or internal procedures
- Notifies management of sanding equipment that is need of repair
- Will cross train in other areas of solid surface manufacturing as well

Position Requirements Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or construction
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with simultaneous deadlines
- Ability to think on your feet, by assessing, planning and strategic troubleshooting
- Self-motivated and driven
- Experience with machinery and/or hand tools a plus
