Job Title: LaborerJob Description:Aerotek is hiring immediately for laborers in Berlin, NH! This is an opportunity for candidates who want to learn the iron working trade. The company will hire a skilled or unskilled construction laborer who will work as a general laborer on current projects for six months and receive training as an iron worker. After the six-month contract, they will be converted to a full-time iron worker.Will assist on site with set-up, clean-up, and break-down.Will assist the foreman with various labor tasks on site.Will carry equipment to different parts of the site to be set up for the skilled workers.Will shadow skilled laborers to learn the trade and company operations.Pay rate: $16 - $25 an hour based on experienceQualifications:Construction labor experience (skilled or general labor, iron working, welding, or sheet metal)Experience working on commercial construction sites-Welding experienceWork SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Berlin, New Hampshire.Work EnvironmentThey will report directly to the construction site every day. Work hours are from 7am-3:30pm each day, with potential for longer days depending on the job.
