LaborerJob LocationsUS-GA-ColumbusTracking Code2024-9639OverviewThe Laborer performs basic housekeeping on construction site.ResponsibilitiesLaborer typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:- Perform setup and clean up tasks at job site, including removal of construction debris- Navigate construction job site terrain- Clean & sanitize jobsite trailers- Assist with basic deliveries & material storage- Housekeeping interior and exterior project site- Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed & planned by Foreperson- Reporting all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader- Any scope of work outside of they above listed, shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & ManagementQualificationsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION- High school diploma or GED- Construction experience preferred- Or equivalent combination of education and experience- OSHA 10 hour certified recommended, (Next 150 Construction will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary)- Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hireKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures- Willingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations- Ability to work in a team environmentNext 150 Construction Services has an unwavering focus on safety, the environment and caring about everyone involved in our work.Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.Next 150 Construction Services is not accepting unsolicited resumes from third party recruiters at this time.Next 150 Construction Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
