Job Title: Welder
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in learning the iron working trade. We are looking for skilled or unskilled construction laborers to join our team. Over a six-month period, you will work as a general laborer on various commercial construction projects. During this time, you will receive training to become a full-time iron worker.
Positions Open: Welder, general laborer, painter, etc.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (7am - 3:30pm)
Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401k, sick time, etc.
Responsibilities
Assist on site with set-up, clean-up, and break-down.
Support the foreman with various labor tasks on site.
Transport equipment to different parts of the site for skilled workers.
Shadow skilled laborers to learn the trade and operational procedures.
Essential Skills
Construction labor experience (skilled or unskilled, iron working, welding, or sheet metal).
Experience working on commercial construction sites.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Welding experience is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the site every day.

Work Environment
You will report directly to the construction site every day/ or the shop (dependent on role), working on-site from 7am to 3:30pm, with the potential for longer days depending on the job. You will be working in a dynamic and hands-on environment, primarily outdoors on commercial construction sites.
