We are a seeking a full-time Laborer to join our Winslow, IN team. This is a first shift position with starting wage of $21.25 Assists with manufacturing activities by performing the following duties: Schedule Details: Monday - Friday (6:00am - 2:30pm) Principal Responsibilities:
- Applies endplates by hand or machine
- Operates banding equipment
- Assist in loading and unloading of materials.
- Assist in loading and unloading charges
- Assist in storage by setting stickers and dunnage
- Tag materials with proper product tags.
- Cut dunnage.
- Assist in cleaning work areas, painting and maintaining property, plant and equipment.
- Participates and contributes to company safety program.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience: Experience with preventive maintenance and hand tools preferred.
- License/Certification:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Keeps an organized work area.
- Able to diagnose and trouble shoot potential issues.
