DescriptionIdaho National Laboratory is hiring a Laborer Supervisor to work in our Utilities and Infrastructure department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our MFC facility with every Friday off. You will report to the senior manager.Provide direction and immediate supervision to a group of employees who provide laborer support to MFC facilitiesResponsibilities Include:
- Provide daily direction and immediate supervision of represented staff.
- Accountable for the outcomes and results of team.
- Maintain schedules and workflow of the team.
- Direct team based on established procedures.
- Assign tasks and monitor work at frequent intervals.
- Execute specified routine tasks.
- Monitor projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget.
- Provide input and contribute to managing resources and costs.
- Optimize the use of materials, tools, and manpower to achieve cost efficiency while following strict procedural adherence.
- First level of management with human resource responsibilities.
- May have own individual contributor responsibilities but people management is an essential element of the job.
- Work with team members and/or functional peer groups.
- Follow established practices and procedures.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect staff, equipment, and the environment.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or related technical discipline and 9 years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma and 15 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience and prior supervisory experience.
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy L clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
Job Information:
- The target pay range for this position is $81,772- $124,892 annually. The full pay range is $76,980 - $177,036. At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.

- TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
