The Clearance Center Associate maintains the efficient operation of the Clearance Center to achieve established goals for sales, post-retail processes, salvage, trash disposal, customer service, and safety. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provides excellent customer and staff relations.
  • Assists in auctions and manages vendors accountability.
  • Moves goods from dock to destination, as directed.
  • Rotates goods in Outlet Store as scheduled.
  • Processes goods for salvage, as directed.
  • Assists in the maintenance of structural, electrical, store equipment and landscaping of store.
  • Maintains excellent housekeeping standards.
  • Performs accurate operations of a cash register.
  • Loads and unloads trucks.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Education and Experience
    • Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Spanish / English bilingual preferred.
    • Punctual and dependable attendance.
    • Free from alcohol and drug abuse.
    • Understands the basic philosophy of Goodwill and participates fully in carrying out its mission.
    • Adheres to Goodwill's values of Respect, Integrity, Service, & Excellence.
