Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities and offering emotional support, ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Offer companionship through engaging conversations and activities that brighten our clients' days.
- Follow individualized care plans to address each client's specific needs and preferences.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a pleasant and functional home environment.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of caregiving experience or related healthcare experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to care plans.
