- Essential Job Functions:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, enhancing their experience from check-in to departure.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public spaces are meticulously maintained and always guest-ready.
- Coordinate with department heads (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure smooth operations and consistent guest satisfaction.
- Oversee room inspections and ensure property cleanliness meets the highest standards.
- Act as the main contact for guest interactions, responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns.
- Manage guest reservations for the Lake House property, ensuring accuracy and seamless bookings.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the General Manager to implement property enhancements.
- Lead and train the Lake House staff, fostering a guest-focused culture.
- Oversee special programs or events at the Lake House, ensuring flawless execution.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure guest experiences align with promotional efforts.
Hotel Specific:
- Salary - $68,000 - $75,000 based on experience

Qualifications:Education:
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from college or other relevant training that provides the required knowledge and skills.
Experience:
- Required: Minimum of one year of hospitality experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Preferred: Experience in guest service or property management.
- Full-Time position with flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
