Explore Industries is seeking a Fiberglass Laminator to join our Knoxville, TN Team. This team member laminates fiberglass on molds by spraying mold with catalyst and resin using pneumatic spray guns with fiberglass strand chopper attachments; removing the entrapped air and smoothing out the glass and resin mixture to ensure a quality laminated product. We look forward to speaking with you! Required Qualifications (We would like our talented associate for this role to have at least these minimum skills & experience)

• Experience working with fiberglass lamination or within a similar industry

• Ability to pass a pulmonary function evaluation
• Ability to wear a respirator

• Flexibility and willingness to cross train within the department and help in other departments

• Experience communicating effectively in a team environment
• Punctuality, dependability, and detailed orientated.
• Mon-Fri 5:00AM-1:30PM

Preferred Skills (We'd be excited to hear if you also have the following experience)

• 1 or more years as a laminator or gun operator, or working a field involving gel coating, auto body repair, or similar fiberglass experience
• Knowledge of chemical handling and disposal
• Experience using resin, glass, catalyst, gelcoat, and related materials
