Job Type Full-time Description RETTEW is seeking a seasoned Land Development Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering Consulting to join our team in Uniontown, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong land development design or project management foundation and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Prior experience in land development engineering and/or design is necessary for this position.Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager in our Land Development team, your primary responsibilities will include: - Overseeing junior staff in executing engineering and design tasks. - Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. - Managing complex projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. - Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio or the ability to obtain one in the near future. - Minimum of five years of experience in land development design or project management. - Experience with regulatory compliance within the Oil and Gas Industry. - Experience within the utility and/or traditional land development is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software. - Experience in AutoCAD is a plus. Skills: - Exceptional leadership and communication skills. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and adaptability to changing project requirements.
