Qualifications

• Conducting site analysis to assess the feasibility of the development project and to identify any environmental or zoning constraints.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and surveyors to create a design plan for the residential community
• Securing permits and approvals from local government agencies and ensuring that the development project complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that the project is completed within its defined parameters.
• Overseeing the construction process, including managing contractors, suppliers, and workers, and ensuring that quality standards are met.
