An established firm is seeking an experienced *Land Surveyor* for site civil engineering projects. This position is an in-office position working with the project team. If you're a **Land Surveyor **that's detail-oriented and enthusiastic about delivering great work, let's talk.**Responsibilities Include:*** Responsible for translating projects between the office and the field* Prepare property legal documents* Directing all duties of field survey members assigned to them while performing field activities such as: construction staking, boundary, ALTA, topographic, and more* Work directly with other team members, mentoring and leading* Perform survey calculations for property boundaries* Types of surveys performed: Construction Staking, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys* Monitoring projects from start to finish, interacting with clients* Build and maintain positive client relationships **Requirements and Preferences:*** 5 years of experience* PLS* Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD * A strong record demonstrating the ability to increase professional responsibilities throughout the professional career* Well-connected and well-respected in the marketplace, with an ability to bring in clients and work to the firmThis client is ready to hire a **Land Surveyor **NOW and is actively conducting interviews this week, so don't wait.
