Job Description:
One of the nation's premier residential and commercial land surveying companies is seeking a strong military veteran to work as a land surveyor in the Virginia/Maryland area.The Land Surveyor will use a variety of surveying equipment including GPS, total stations, and data collectors to assist with the determination of elevations and property boundaries for title surveys and elevation certificates. This work is performed year-round, outdoors in various weather conditions. It requires the ability to move in various standing and sitting positions and the ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.This is a Monday through Friday role with various overtime options. 8 am to 5 pm most days, with no travel.
