Perform construction stake out and calculations, boundary, ALTA and topo surveysCoordinate project requirements with team membersManage survey projects, maintain project budgetsPrepare preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, exhibits.Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years' experienceProfessional Survey Licensure required or the ability to obtain licensure within six monthsProficiency with GPS and Total StationProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3DAbility to manage/direct field crewAbility to prioritize and multitask with respect to projects, CAD/computer standards, etc.Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel Outlook)
