SourcePro Search is conducting a search for an exceptional landlord-tenant attorney to join an esteemed NYC real estate law firm. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years' experience in landlord-tenant resolution and trial work across Civil Court, Housing Court, and Supreme Court. They should have a proven track record in handling holdovers, non-payment cases, and extensive appearances in housing court. The successful candidate will join its Landlord-Tenant practice group. What You'll Bring: •Minimum of 7 years of landlord-tenant resolution and trial experience in Civil Court, Housing Court and Supreme Court. •Trial experience and ability to successfully oversee a case from inception through trial. •Demonstrate contemporaneous experience in drafting predicate notices, pleadings, motions, complex settlement agreements, and in taking and defending depositions. •Strong negotiating skills and excellent computer and research skills are necessary.
