Join Our Growing Team as a Landscape Designer-Architect!
Exciting opportunities are on the horizon at Eustace Engineering! Our Willow Grove office is expanding, and we're looking for a Landscape Designer or Registered Landscape Architect to join our dynamic, award-winning team. If you're passionate about creating sustainable, beautiful spaces and have a strong background in integrated site design, green infrastructure, and regenerative design, we want to hear from you!
This position offers real growth potential within the company, and you'll have the chance to work on diverse projects that make a lasting impact—from commercial hardscapes to habitat enhancements.
What You'll Do:
- Design & Create: Prepare detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications for a wide variety of site improvements, including water resource enhancements, green roofs, meadows, athletic fields, commercial hardscapes, and more.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our engineering team on green infrastructure and landscape design elements to bring ideas to life.
- Site Investigation & Analysis: Conduct site visits, due diligence, and feasibility studies to ensure successful project planning.
- Master Planning & Concept Design: Develop master plans, concept sketches, and innovative landscape designs that will shape the future of communities.
- Community Engagement: Prepare presentations and written materials for municipal and community meetings to share your vision and insights.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Professional Registration as a Landscape Architect is a plus.
- 3- 6+ years of landscape architecture/site design experience across a variety of project types.
- Experience with Healthcare, Senior Living, Science + Technology, and/or Civic projects is a plus. We're especially interested if you've been involved in all phases of project design and construction.
- A solid understanding of the planning, landscape design, and approval processes, particularly for public and open space projects.
- Knowledge of the relationship between flora, fauna, soil, and natural systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus.
- LEED AP or Green Associate certification is preferred, but not required.
- Local candidates are strongly preferred.
