At CCMC, our Landscape Associate will oversee the grounds and ensure that the Landscape Contractor's landscaping matches the iconic role that the Landscape Contractor has for the community.

What you'll accomplish:

  • The Landscape Associate will work with the Landscape Division to ensure that the grounds and plant beds within the service areas have superior landscaping and upkeep.
  • Planting and replacing plants completed to high standards
  • Fertilizing and weeding completed to high standards
  • Providing services and repairing irrigation systems as needed
  • Ensuring irrigation systems are operable
  • Trimming and caring for flowerbed plants completed to high standards
  • Communicating with Landscape Division Supervisors in regard to landscaping needs
  • All essential duties are expected to be completed at a high caliber, and will require meticulous care

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working with plants and conducting lawn maintenance
  • Understanding of horticulture and landscape design
  • Willingness to purchase and install plant material as needed
  • Communication skills; written and verbal Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record
  • Experience taking care of plants and grounds
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Master Gardener certification, or ownership of, or employment in, landscaping agency

Important to know:

The Landscape Associate should be physically able to perform and assist in the various roles and responsibilities as described, including the ability to routinely lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods of time and work outdoors in the heat and cold. Must have a valid driver's license in the state of employment and must have reliable means of transportation as a personal vehicle may be required to perform certain responsibilities.
