We are a leading landscaping company looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of a 2-3 man crew in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the work of a small crew of landscape professionalsPlan and organize construction projectsEnsure the quality of all work performed by the construction crew, including the installation of landscapes, hardscapes, and other related featuresEnsure safety and compliance with all regulations and company policiesDocument materials and man hoursPerform construction tasks including paver & stonework, grading, retaining walls, and plantingSeasonal snow and ice removal, when neededImplement and maintain various landscape projects including planting, pruning, mulching, and installing garden featuresDrive, use, maintain and properly operate landscape equipment and vehiclesRequirements:Ability to work in varying weather conditions3-5 years' experience in landscape constructionExtensive knowledge of construction techniques and industry best practicesExcellent communication and organization skillsAbility to motivate and lead a team to reach their full potentialAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesBlueprint reading beneficialPrioritize industry safety standardsLift 50-75 pounds on a routine basisHave reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving recordClass C driver's license preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysOpportunities for Advancement401(k) retirement savings plan with a company matchGroup Health PlanDental, Vision, and Life InsuranceAll job-specific equipment, uniforms, and safety gear providedEmployee referral bonus programWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
