Landscape ForemanStarting Pay: $25 - $32 per hourMidamerica Hotels Corporation is looking for a Landscape Foreman to oversee the daily operations of the ground care and maintenance of multiple properties with year-round work.Responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of 2-4 crew members
- Assign tasks to landscape crew
- Report job progress to management
- Assist in scheduling and allocating resources
- 40hr/week minimum is required (typical hours are 6:00am~3:30pm)
- Overtime is available, sometimes required
3 years of experience in horticulture, agronomy, or turf maintenance required
- Salary $25-$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. (Negotiable)
- Company truck provided
Job Tasks:
- Install/maintain landscapes
- Including plants as well as rock/mulch
- Fertilize lawns
- Irrigation installation and maintenance
- Snow/ice removal (Cape Girardeau, MO properties only)
- Herbicide/insecticide applications
- Applicants would be required to obtain an applicator's license if they don't already possess a valid license
- Frequent travel to company properties is required
- Properties are located in MO, IL, KY, AR
- Occasional overnight stay is required
- Company provided per diem is included
- Applicants must be able to:
- Reach, stretch, grasp, bend, stoop, squat, turn, climb, kneel, push/pull and sit
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
