As a Graczyk Lawn & Landscape Crew Member, you will be responsible for the proper, efficient, and timely completion of projects. Project responsibilities include: landscape installation, landscape maintenance, planting, mulching, construction of paver patios/ outdoor living spaces, segmental retaining walls, ponds and water features, and low-voltage lighting. You will be responsible for communicating the day-to-day accomplishments and problems to clients, crew members, and superiors. This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and may require you to work outside normal working hours. Construction or agricultural background is a plus, but is not required, as we will train the right people. This role has the potential to grow into a manager/foreman position with experience.
