Account Managers are responsible for:
- Managing client relationships for a specified portfolio of properties
- Achieving individual sales goals and contributing to to the departments overall growth and sales goals
- Meeting clients at their properties and conceptualizing property maintenance and/or garden design services
- Working with our operations department to ensure timely deliver of services
- Communicating with our purchasing department to ensure production of plant material
- Visiting work sites as often as needed to direct work and find teachable moments with our crews
- Learning and mastering our company-wide software to create work tickets and estimates

Experience required:
- At least 3 years of residential landscape sales
- An ability to forge long-lasting client relationships
- Experiencing in managing a high volume of individual accounts
- Open communication and problem solving skills
- A clean RMV driving record
