OverviewOutside Unlimited is a large commercial landscape and snow removal company located in Concord, New Hampshire. We are actively seeking Lawn Maintenance Crew Members and Crew Leaders that are free of a criminal history to join our TEAM!Outside Unlimited is giving away a $25.00 gift card as anew employee and a $300.00 Sign on Bonus after 90 days of continuous employment and attendance.As part of our Landscape team you will be responsible for: Performing Lawn & Landscape Maintenance at our commercial propertiesExperience using Exmark zero radius commercial mowers or similar equipmentExperience using string trimmers, blowers and other small engine equipmentAbility to take direction from Crew Leader or Foreman and communicate effectively with other team members or managersLandscape Crew Members must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working on Commercial properties; we are willing to train the right candidates for successLandscape Crew Leaders will be required to have 1-3 years of solid Landscaping and supervision experience managing a team of landscape professionals. Commercial property management experience is necessary!Landscape Foreman will be required to have 3-5 years of solid Landscaping and supervision experience managing a team of landscape professionals. Commercial property management experience a plus!Maintain a safe work environmentTakes pride in work and has a very keen eye on the detailsMust be able to frequently lift up to 50lbsMust have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Concord, NHThis position requires the SATISFACTORY completion of a criminal background and DMV check report job offer upon the receipt of a job offer. Pay Range $21 to $27 per hour DOE. Up to $30.00 for well qualified Landscape Foreman!Please note that the higher hourly rate is reserved for well qualified Landscape Foreman only with a clean criminal history and DMV record.
