We are an essential business with an immediate need for laborers with all levels of experience to perform maintenance duties including spring clean-ups, trimming, pruning edging and mulching. Prior experience is preferred, but our team has been voted best in Lancaster and is willing to train motivated and reliable candidate.Requirements
- Performs landscape duties to include bed preparation, bed clean up, planting, watering, edging, mulching, and pruning of shrubs, trees, ground covers, perennials, and annuals using various tools.
- Loads and unloads trucks and trailers.
- Performs soil and seed related jobs.
- Operates equipment as necessary.
- Follows all safety rules in operating equipment and vehicles.
- Performs daily checks, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
- Completes paperwork accurately.
- Maintains high quality of service measured by client retention and service callbacks.
- Generates leads for new and additional services.
- Responsible for profitability
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Exhibits calm professionalism in communications with coworkers and clients.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:High School Diploma/GEDValid driver's licenseAbility to obtain DOT certification
