KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of six months experience in lawn maintenance required. Two or more years of experience highly preferred. Valid Driver's License required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Duties are performed primarily in an outside setting. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and lift or move (more than 20 pounds). Environmental demands include wet/humidity, work near mechanical parts, work near high places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outdoor weather conditions.
