Grow their business in Tampa Bay Area, by partnering with us for ongoing referrals.
Responsibilities:- Remove Weeds, Watering, Trimming, Edging, Pruning, Hedging, and Blowing Leaves.
- Maintain Lawns, Planters and/or Flower Beds by Pruning, Weeding and Watering.
- Mows and edges lawns and/or edgers. Keep the grounds free of debris.
- Mixes and sprays or spreads fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees.
- Submit requests for repairs and/or improvements, as needed.
RequirementsAs the Landscape Maintenance person, you'll work to ensure the community
meets quality maintenance standards set by the Client.
Requirements: - 5yrs, Landscaping experience.
- MUST have Consistent Work History.
- Reliable Transportation and Tools.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Must be Dependable.
- Record in maintenance log and deliver to HOA per visit.
