Contribute to the bank's growth by the effective sale of bank services to new and existing customers with emphasis on courteous and professional service.REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND SCOPEThis position reports directly to the Facilities Manager.This position reports indirectly to the CEO.FLSA STATUSThis position is classified as Non-Exempt under the FLSA.OVERVIEW:The primary function of this position is to take care of the landscaping and general maintenance needs of all bank branches and bank-owned property. This position will provide support for other facilities and maintenance tasks as needed.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Landscaping and upkeep at all bank branches and bank-owned properties, including but not limited to:Mowing and edgingTrimming shrubs and maintaining flower bedsPicking up and properly disposing of all clippings and ensure all parking lots and sidewalks are clear of debrisAdministering fertilizer, weed killer, etc., as neededAs directed by the Facilities Manager, assist in initiating, coordinating, conducting and/or overseeing any needed repairs or maintenance at all bank branches, facilities and bank-owned property and ensure satisfactory completion. Specific items / systems could include, but are not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and cleanliness of the exterior, lighting, timers and alarms, sprinkler system, office equipment, ATMs and drive-thru, furniture and fixtures, signage, community rooms, painting, etc.Maintenance and upkeep of all stainless steel surfaces and general cleanliness, vacuum floors, pick up trash, etc, of vault and safe deposit box areas at all branches.When needed, any other maintenance or facilities tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager.Attend all meetings and complete all training required to ensure regulatory compliance.Comply with all applicable Federal and State regulations and guidance associated with the performance of your job function.Comply with all applicable BSA/AML/OFAC policies and procedures associated with the performance of your job function, including participation in required training and identifications of suspicious activity.Responsible for making suggestions to improve branch/departmental operations and overall bank.Accept any cross-training as directed by Management, works in other branches if needed.Assist with the professional appearance of the inside and outside of the Branch. Report to the Facilities Manager of any maintenance, landscaping, or housekeeping needs.Perform other duties and assignments within the bank at Management's request.EQUIPMENT USE, PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS, AND WORKING CONDITIONSFrequency: (R) Rarely 0-15%; (O) Occasionally (16-45%); (F) Frequently (46-100%)EQUIPMENT USEGeneral Office Equipment, computers, phones, copiers, etc. - OLandscaping Equipment, mowers, weed-eaters and edgers, etc. - FCompany Truck and Trailer - F; must have clean driving record and valid driver's licenseMaintenance Equipment, hand and power tools, etc. - FChemical agents, Cleaning supplies, Paint, etc. - FPHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDSMedium to heavy work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force (or more) occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force (or more) frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.Stooping/Crouching-FStanding/Walking-FSitting-RPushing/Pulling/Lifting-FFingering/Grasping-FRepetitive Motions-FTalking/Hearing-OReading/Writing-OVisual Acuity-worker is required to operate motor vehicles and landscaping and maintenance equipment.Interpreting Data-RProblem Solving-OMaking Decisions-ROrganizing-OWORKING CONDITIONSWorker is subject to outside environmental conditions and hot and cold temperatures based on the seasons -FWorker is subject to noise and vibrations, hazards related to working with landscaping and maintenance equipment and work, dust and particles related to landscaping and maintenance work, exposure to fumes and odors from cleaning supplies, paint, other chemical agents - FWorker is subject to travel as required to get to bank branches and bank-owned property or when traveling to required bank meetings or training sessions-FThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
