The company is dedicated to the success of each team member in a culture that values safety, integrity, teamwork and results.Technique, Inc. is currently looking for a laser tube cutting technician who will be responsible for all aspects of tube laser operation, maintenance, programming, and process improvements, along with metal fabrication using tube laser cutting machinery. This position requires the ability to make fast and accurate decisions relating to the production process and a good understanding of the details of the product to be manufactured.Available Shifts:Multiple shifts available:Monday-Friday - 7:00am-3:30pmMonday-Thursday - 3:30pm-2:00am ($1.00 per hour shift premium)Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)Saturday, Sunday, Monday - 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 5:00pm-5:30am ($15.00 per hour shift premium)Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily and weekly maintenance on laser tube cutting equipment to ensure readiness for operation.
  • Follow proper procedures to perform initial startup and shutdown of laser tube cutting equipment.
  • Blueprint reading skills.
  • Understanding details of the product being manufactured, including size, tolerance, and use.
  • Understanding of GD&T.
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Vocational training (STEM Program, Career Center or Technical Trades Training).
  • Proven manufacturing experience, preferably in an advanced manufacturing environment.
