Overview

Business litigation or Insurance Coverage or Intellectual Property Litigation Lateral Partner or Lateral Senior Attorney with transportable business needed for robust litigation-based practice: We seek a full-time litigation partner or senior attorney for the firm's business rpidl;y growing litigation practice, which includes a wide range of commercial disputes, breach of contract litigation, IP infringement and trade secret litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation and employment litigation matters. Applicant must be licensed at minimum in Pennsylvania. Residency in the Western Pennsylvania region is preferred. See our Business litigation website section at:

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead attorney in handling all aspects of counseling and litigation, management of the attorney's book of business and supervision of litigation teams in complex matters;

Qualifications

• Law licensure in Pennsylvania at minimum.
• 5 or more years experience in some or all of business litigation, insurance coverage defense litigation, IP infringement litigation, employment and trade secrets litigation, in support or lead roles preferred.
• Transportable legal business;
• Strong, high level litigation management and trial skills.
• Excellent marketing and networking skills.
• Experience with some or all of IP, trade secrets, empoyment, restrictive covenanants and technical cases is helpful.
• Experience working with other counsels preparing for trial and other litigation management.
